Today I finally checked out Del.icio.us, transferred my bookmarks and set up tags & bundles. I may actually be moving into the 21st century! And this from someone who thinks they are technology close to current. Oh, and I'm blogging! What that means, we will all find out.
Tonight was the local VFD's annual Chili dinner & auction. The place to be seen and to see everyone in town. Strangely, some of our newer up & comers weren't there. The developer was missing as was a couple of other folks but it was good to see most everyone else. It seems the VFD raised some good monies too - we all hope.
Gil comes home next weekend and it will be good to have some down time with him, if he will visit with me. It seems that right now he is his fathers son and not mine. This seems to be a pattern we fall into where Gil tells dad stuff and not mom and then he switches and tells me stuff and not dad. Not sure what the trigger is - I may have to be a little more vigilant on that.
