Today is Saturday, a whole week off from school/work has passed. I managed to catch up on my classwork that the professor forgot to upload and now I'm waiting for him to "turn-on" this weeks tests and all the other stuff that we are again behind on. Anyone know how that works if the prof doesn't do his job of telling us what we need on an internet class? And I'm planning to do this again next semester - I'm VERY thankful I'm not having to take another course from him (it's music appreciation and I just needed the one course - he's the dept. head to boot).
Gil has been busy with work and school also. I'm thankful that he is finally getting back on track.
Andy is busy as usual. Work, play, whatever. I'm just thankful he is a big part of my life.
I'm also thankful for all our friends here. Even if my family were close (emotionally) I would still have this "family". They have been there all these years and if we ever need anything, they are there. Maybe it is the distance we live to each other, maybe it's the years we've shared but Andy & my friends are our family. We've lost a few of our "family" to cancer this last year and it has made me realize how special every one of them are, even if I don't tell them.
So I guess that is my ramblings .
